Temporary Contract PositionThis is a temporary contract position with an anticipated duration of 24 weeks, based on business needs and project requirements. The selected candidate will work closely with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care and support ongoing health assessment initiatives throughout the contract period. At the end of the contract, you will be added to the per-diem staffing pool.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic testsAccurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practicesEnsure quality of tests being performedRefer patients for further diagnostic testing as neededRelay information between clinics and physicians as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:Completion of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.Passing a national certification exam administered by organizations such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).State licensure as an NPAdult patient population experienceExcellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlinesDetail oriented while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of diagnostic equipment and proceduresAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
