What You'll Do

As our RN Unit Manager, you'll be a key part of our nursing leadership team, providing clinical guidance and helping create an environment where residents receive excellent care and employees feel supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on your assigned unit.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor resident care plans, clinical documentation, and changes in condition.
• Assist with staffing coordination, training, and professional development.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability throughout the nursing department.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Alabama RN license or eligible multistate compact license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for developing nursing staff and improving resident care.
