Hourly Wage: $15-$28 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
