Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs
• Assist in the administration of medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient well-being

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
• Relevant nursing experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
