Currently looking for a motivated Technical Coordinator or Design Coordinator to join the team. Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director. The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally. Key Attributes Good knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running. Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided. 2-3 years’ worth of experience working with a residential developer or main contractor. Delivered residential traditional build projects Capable of running 2 + residential projects Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
