Job Summary Campbell Kia (of Missoula) is looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team! As a service advisor you will check service customers in, review work being performed, and provide a customer focused approach to the service process with updates, advice, and briefing. This job is great for someone who enjoys engaging with our community, building relationships, and looking for a flexible schedule allowing for 3 day weekends. Benefits Flexible 4 / 10 work schedule Competitive Compensation Package (Base + Commission: Historical advisor average pay $80,928) Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance IRA Assistance Plan Paid Time Off Paid Training Opportunities for Growth Employee Discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More Responsibilities Greet customer warmly and assess reason for visit The Service Advisor/Writer is responsible for the entire customer service experience Generate estimates, suggest services and advise of any current promotional products/services Advise customers on the routine care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications Communicate to the customer on targeted completion time Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order Resolve customer complaints and questionsEstablish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business The Service Advisor will maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings as set by dealership service manager Qualifications Experience is required (2 years) Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent customer service skills Strong written and communication skills Consistent and stable work history Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional appearance and work ethic Great organizational skills Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Prior experience with Tekion preferred but not required Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen About Us Campbell Auto is a fourth-generation company, family-owned and operated with beginnings that go back to 1974.
