Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement PT treatment for post-acute and long-term care patients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and patient mobility training preferred.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: AM 8.
• Workweek: 5 shifts per week.
• Facility type: Skilled nursing facility setting.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide rehabilitative services that support patient independence in a skilled nursing environment. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. Accurate documentation and communication with nursing and therapy staff will support quality outcomes and continuity of care.
