We’re Calling... You! Join Our Team as a Phone Receptionist at Urology Specialists!
Urology Specialists is growing fast—and we need you to help keep our front lines running smoothly! We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organized, phone-loving superstar to join our busy (and awesome) team.
The Schedule:
Full-time, benefit-eligible
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
No nights. No weekends. No holidays. ( Yes, really. )

Full-time, benefit-eligible position with the perks and personalized culture of an independent practice

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the voice of our practice by answering and routing incoming calls
Keep our schedule humming by booking and updating appointments
Tackle patient data like a pro—entering, scanning, and organizing
Support our team with administrative tasks that keep everything moving
