Role & Accommodation In diesem Zeitraum bist Du fester Bestandteil des Front-Office-Teams und übernimmst echte Verantwortung im Gästeservice: Guest Relations: Du steuerst den Check-in und Check-out Prozess und nutzt dabei professionelle Hotel-Software wie OPERA PMS. Service-Exzellenz: Du bearbeitest Reservierungen, koordinierst Gästewünsche mit dem Housekeeping und der Instandhaltung und gibst individuelle Empfehlungen für die Region. Finanz-Management: Du wickelst Zahlungen ab und pflegst die Gastkonten (Folios) mit höchster Präzision. Housing & Meals Ein entscheidender Vorteil dieser Platzierung ist das bereitgestellte Housing. Du wohnst in Personalunterkünften (Dorm-Style) für nur ca. $150 pro Woche.
