Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Plaistow, New Hampshire We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established practice located at Plaistow, NH. • 4-Day Clinical Work Week : 32 clinical care hours and 8 administrative hours.
• Patient mix ranges from young to elderly, with an average of 18 patients per day.
• Team-based care with a collaborative team of 3 MDs and 3 NPs.
• Supported by centralized services:
- Call center for appointments and messages. - Referral and remote medication refill/triage teams.
• In-office support includes Medical Assistants, RNs, and administrative staff for check-in and checkout.

• Current EMR: NextGen, transitioning to EPIC in October 2025.
