Compensation: Motivated drivers earn up to and over $2,000 per week. Minimum dispatch target $1,500+ Weekly (Higher Earnings Based on Availability and Effective Time Management)

Compensation

• Minimum dispatch target of $1,500+ (base plus commision). Motivated drivers earn $2,000+ per week based on their time management skills. Additional work is by request.
• Guaranteed pay when a full week of work is not available
• Project pay based on:
  • 35% of line haul revenue
  • Accessorial pay
  • Detention pay
• Weekly direct deposit

What You'll Be Doing

• Hauling shipping containers from Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston terminals
• Operating local and regional routes throughout Texas
• Transporting no-touch freight
• Working closely with dispatch to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Utilizing mobile technology and apps to reduce paperwork and speed payroll processing
• Maintaining a safe and professional driving record

Driver Responsibilities

• Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, USDOT regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs and reports with no Hours of Service violations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain assigned truck and equipment in clean, safe, DOT-compliant condition
• Successfully pass roadside inspections without violations whenever inspected
• Promptly report defects, damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and terminal personnel

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Safe driving history
• Ability to meet DOT requirements
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
• Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused
