Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our customized platform along with your professional network to discover potential healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR's opportunities and evaluate their interest
• Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for further assessment
• Keep in touch with prospects to encourage their interest throughout the hiring process
• Accurately maintain records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, the interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads

Your Compensation
