Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Pay Rate: $19/hr-$20/hr

(pay increase to $20-$21/hr when hired) DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, patient, and highly dependable Customer Service Representatives to join a thriving, fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency. If you thrive in a busy environment, love helping people, and can seamlessly switch between languages, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in English (and another language is a plus).
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Listen patiently to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver helpful, accurate solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in the database.
Manage a fast-paced workflow while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications & Requirements

Customer-First Attitude: Exceptional patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
Thrives Under Pressure: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills. A standard typing test will be required as part of the application process.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift.
Bilingual Fluency: Must be fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and/or another language.
