TLC is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands‑on training. This position is part‑time with the potential for full‑time employment. More information regarding TLC can be found at Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field 1 + years supervisory experience.
