Program Manager

About The Role The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that align with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and budgets are managed effectively to meet financial targets. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. Experience in crisis management and developing contingency plans. Advanced degree such as an MBA or related graduate degree. Experience in proposal development and business administration. Familiarity with support program operations and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and external partners to maintain alignment and transparency.
