As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized care that helps patients maintain their independence while giving families confidence that their loved ones are receiving exceptional care.

No facility assignments.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation according to company guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification Required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes
• Previous home care experience preferred but not required
