Customer Service Representative - Join a Growing E-Commerce Team!
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Pay: $22-$23.00 per hour
Training: 3 to 5 weeks from 9am to 3pm
Shift Hours After Training: 7am to 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
Stay informed about our evolving product lines and services.

What You Bring:

Excellent Communication Skills: You're clear, professional, and friendly in all interactions-written and verbal.
Customer-Focused Mindset: You're passionate about providing outstanding service.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers and using software to support customer interactions.
Call Center Experience: Previous experience with inbound/outbound calls is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: You're organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
