Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Position Details:

Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Setting: Inpatient

Call Requirement:

CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
Call schedule: 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month.

Practice Model & Team:

Current Staffing: 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
CRNAs: Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
Some supervision of CRNAs.

Case Types & Volume:

Annual Volume:
- 900 inpatient OR cases
- 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
- 450 births per year
Anesthesia Sites: Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including:
- Bariatrics
- Non-invasive Cardiology
- ENT (including healthy pediatrics)
- General Surgery
- GI
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- OBGYN

Technology & Systems:

EMR: Meditech

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Highly competitive $325K
Sign-on Bonus: $50K
Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
Student Loan Repayment: $30K total ($10K/year for 3 years) (if applicable)
CME & Professional Fees:
- $5,500 annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement
