Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are recommended and supported.

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
