Basic Bookkeeping and Retail Associate

Job Description We are seeking to add a Basic Bookkeeping and Retail Associate position to our team! In a Retail/Wholesale environment, you will be responsible for accurate order entry, file maintenance, record keeping, completing Retail & Wholesale transactions also Basic Bookkeeping transactions. Responsibilities: Ensure Company procedures are followed Enter a variety of data using current technology Prepare and sort documents for data entry Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes Review discrepancies in data received with supervisors Assist with monthly inventories Enter orders and customer service Qualifications: Punctual, outgoing & team oriented Previous experience in data entry or other fields is a plus Excellent typing skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft & Apple Platforms Customer service experience is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Mid-State Beverage CO
