Caregiver Wanted in Blackfoot for weekdays and weekends

Job Title: Caregiver - Part-time - Saturday and Sunday 8:30a-4:30pm

Location: Blackfoot, Idaho

Company: Visiting Angels - Eastern Idaho

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver to join our team in Blackfoot, Idaho! As a Caregiver with Visiting Angels - Eastern Idaho, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and disabled adults in your community. Our locally owned and operated agency provides at-home care services, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Transport seniors to appointments or engagements
Offer emotional support in challenging times
Converse with seniors and develop friendships
Prepare healthy meals based on seniors' preferences
Ensure seniors are reminded to take medications
Help with light chores and homemaking activities
Assist with daily ADL's

Requirements/Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
1 year of caregiving experience, or willing to be trained
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
Pass a background check

Schedule:

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
$2 more an hour for weekend shifts
