In this role, you'll coordinate requests, manage room status updates, and keep the team connected so every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain accuracy will make you an essential part of our success.Who You Are:Detail-Oriented Coordinator: You thrive on accuracy and organization, ensuring every task is tracked and completed on time.Clear Communicator: You excel at keeping information flowing between departments and team members.Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.Team Player: You collaborate effectively and support others to achieve shared goals.Guest-Focused Professional: You understand that every interaction impacts the guest experience and act accordingly.Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.What You'll Do :Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous mannerMonitors and responds to dispatch radioDispatches guest/Telecom/supervisor calls to appropriate partiesMaintains, on a daily basis, all Housekeeping logsMaintains sign-in and sign-out sheetsReconciles boards and keys at end of shiftTracks and adjusts time log for payrollMaintains count of daily hours for all Housekeeping personnelCompletes attendance report on late or absent employeesContinually communicates with Front Office and Floor Managers to verify status of all guest roomsInputs computer to maintain accurate and up-to-date room status informationMaintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.Your Experience Includes :Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.Previous experience with dispatching, scheduling, or team coordination preferred.Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn property management system (PMS) required.Familiarity with Opera and HOTSOS is preferred.Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.Position requires prolonged periods of sitting while using hands, fingers, vision, and hearing to successfully operate computer, radio, and phone systems.
