Opportunity

We are seeking a Managing Director who is both a producer and a builder—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high‑performing teams. This role is designed for leaders who want to build their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals
• Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year)
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client‑first service

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services
• Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
• High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Role Expectations

• Recruit a minimum of 8 new Financial Professionals annually
• Maintain consistent personal production to remain in good standing
• Actively mentor and grow your team's performance and retention
