Billing & Traffic Coordinator

Overview Billing & Traffic Coordinator at Furniture Row Companies. Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid). Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year. Responsibilities Input and process monthly media invoices for submission to the accounting department. Enter bi-monthly department invoices into the billing system and submit them. After demonstrating success, send instructions and 15- and 30-second commercials to TV stations, cable systems, and streaming vendors nationwide on an ongoing basis. Perform various administrative duties and reports as needed. Qualifications AA, BA or previous office experience preferred. Excellent Ten Key data entry skills that are accurate and efficient. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Access data entry experience a plus. Detail oriented with good communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A good attitude and willingness to learn. Highly organized.
