You will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the company’s financial operations across multiple retail locations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full month‑end and year‑end close process, including preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules Manage daily accounting operations in NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and intercompany transactions Perform and review bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other key account reconciliations Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support management decision‑making Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with company policies Oversee fixed asset accounting, inventory‑related transactions, and coordination with operations teams Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting function and support system optimization in NetSuite This is a great opportunity to join a well‑respected, long‑established retail organization where your accounting leadership and NetSuite expertise will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting continued business success.
