Requirements
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
6 months of flatbed experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop

Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Vacancy description

Join HMD Trucking’s driver-focused team in Georgetown, DE for reliable national flatbed runs.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport flatbed freight across all 48 states
Secure loads, tarp when necessary, and ensure cargo integrity
Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and delivery

What You’ll Get:

Mileage pay starting at $0.70/mi with up to $0.10 CPM in performance bonuses
$5,000 sign-on incentive
Modern fleet with APU-equipped sleepers, inverters, rider seats, and full maintenance support

Enjoy regular home time, paid haul miles, health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Require Class A CDL and 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
