The

Sr Internal Auditor, IT

is responsible for will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment across various functions and levels in support of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance process as well as special projects. This position reports to the

Director, Internal Audit

and is part of the Internal Audit Team located in

Irvine

, CA and will be an

on-site

role.

Plan, coordinate, and perform testing of IT SOX controls, including assessments of control design and operating effectiveness.

* Evaluate control evidence and testing results to determine compliance with established control objectives and SOX requirements.

* Prepare appropriate documentation (e.g. narratives, flowchart, control matrices, segregation of duties analyses, audit reports, etc.) T. audit-related experience with an emphasis on Sarbanes Oxley testing.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm experience a plus

* Audit experience related to Oracle Fusion a plus

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
