The main objective of our organization is to facilitate healing and freedom for those in need, involving individuals, couples and families. Job Title: Associate Licensed Therapist Location: Southeast Houston – (17629 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77058) Hours: 40 hours per week Are you called to grow into a strong, biblically grounded therapist? We integrate Scripture and clinical modalities, not replace one with the other We actively provide financial scholarships for clients in need We are a growing organization where you will be developed intentionally—never left on your own We train therapists to become confident, structured, and assertive clinicians Tanya, therapist at Genesis Family: “What I love most about my job is helping clients walk in the freedom God intended for them.” What you’ll do Conduct structured, goal-oriented sessions Learn to guide—not just listen—in therapy Apply and grow in modalities like CBT, solution-focused therapy, etc. Integrate biblical principles appropriately into care Complete documentation and collaborate with your team Participate in clinical development and supervision (paid by us for full-time) You will not just "gain hours"—you will be trained to become a high-level clinician.
