Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Implement and follow behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Behavior Specialist
• Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks, activities, and daily routines
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for students
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors for team review
• Support student participation in academic, social, and functional activities
• Communicate regularly with teachers and support staff regarding student needs
