RECYCLING SORTERS AND TRAFFIC CONTROL

Stadiums & Event Venues | DTLA / Inglewood, CA | UP TO $19.00/HR

Looking for flexible, part-time or temporary work that fits around your schedule?

4 to 6 HOUR SHIFTS

Diligent Staffing is hiring event-based staff to support stadiums and major event venues throughout the Downtown Los Angeles/Inglewood area .

These positions provide hands-on support with recycling, traffic control, event cleanup, and groundskeeping , depending on the event and client needs.

This is physical, hands-on work—not event planning, ticketing, or guest-services work. Standing, stooping, walking for entire shifts and pushing/lifting/pulling 50 LBS.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the event assignment, responsibilities may include:

RECYCLING & EVENT CLEANUP

• Collect, sort, and properly dispose of recyclable materials
• Collect trash and maintain designated collection areas
• Clean and restore event areas following events
• Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown
• Keep work areas organized and free of debris

CLEANING & JANITORIAL SUPPORT

GROUNDSKEEPING & VENUE TRAFFIC SUPPORT

• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor cleanup when assigned
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and surrounding areas
• Help maintain walkways and outdoor event areas
• Assist with keeping venue grounds clean, safe, and presentable
• Direct traffic and pedestrians to promote safety during/after events.

Your specific duties and hourly pay will depend on the event, venue, and client assignment.

FLEXIBLE EVENT-BASED WORK

Event schedules vary—which is why this opportunity can be a great fit if you're looking for flexibility rather than a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.

Shifts may include:

• Evenings (5 PM, 8PM, MIDNIGHT)
• Weekends
• Morning shifts (6AM)
• Post-event cleanup shifts
• Special events and seasonal assignments

Some events may require longer or shorter shifts depending on the event schedule.

We are looking for candidates who are open to working when events are scheduled and who understand that event-based work can vary from week to week.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning or groundskeeping tasks
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, depending on the assignment
• Able to work in a fast-paced event environment
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and/or other event-driven shifts
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable when representing Diligent Staffing and our clients
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Assignments may take place inside stadiums, around concourses and common areas, or outdoors on venue grounds.

Work may involve exposure to crowds, weather conditions, outdoor environments, and the normal physical demands associated with event cleanup, recycling, janitorial services, and groundskeeping.

WEEKLY PAY - UP TO $19.00 PER HOUR
