Motion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics and animations for social media, digital advertising, and video content.
• Animate existing creative assets and develop net-new motion concepts.
• Collaborate with creative leads to translate briefs into polished deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Engagement:

• Freelance/contract.
• Project-based and ongoing support as needed.
• Remote.

Ideal Profile:

Mid-to-senior motion designer who can work independently, take direction well, and produce polished social and advertising content with minimal oversight.

Skills:

Required Skills:

• Strong motion design portfolio/reel.
• Expert-level Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social, performance marketing, and digital campaigns.

Preferred:

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Background working with brands, agencies, or in-house creative teams.
• Experience creating YouTube, paid social, and digital ad creative.
