Knowledge Management Specialist

To support a growing technology company, the full-time Knowledge Management Specialist will create and maintain knowledge base articles, govern submitted content for consistency, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and enhancements, all in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Create, update, and maintain high-quality knowledge base articles for accuracy and clarity Govern submitted knowledge content to ensure adherence to standards and provide feedback for revisions Monitor knowledge health metrics and support continuous improvement of knowledge workflows and governance processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Documentation, or a related role Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining structured documentation or knowledge base content Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration software such as Teams Strong written communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English
