Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to parishioners, visitors, and callers
• Perform front office operations, including phones, email, and general inquiries
• Maintain parish records, sacramental documentation, and databases
• Receive payments and coordinate Mass intentions, calendars, and scheduling
• Support clergy and staff with administrative needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parish matters
• Assist with liturgical and seasonal administrative tasks as needed
• Prepare special mailings and other projects.
• Prepares and manages parish calendar for all parish activities.
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies ensuring an adequate supply of forms, paper, sacramental certificates, etc.
• Assist with communications: Weekend announcement
• Assist in planning and executing parish events and meetings as appropriate. May include assigning and overseeing volunteers for said events.

Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, service-oriented approach aligned with parish hospitality Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency?in Microsoft Office and basic office technology Prior administrative or parish office experience preferred Understanding of Catholic parish life and respect for Catholic teachings

This position has an hourly salary range of $18.50 - $20.50. An employee's pay within the hourly range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
