Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. For 3‑month contract candidates: prior experience with Netsmart EMR is required. Clinicians should be comfortable managing and coordinating their own schedules and typically seeing 5‑6 patients per day. Experience providing home‑health services or care in retirement community settings is preferred. Ability to travel locally to cover multiple community sites within approximately a 5‑mile radius is required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Standard work hours are typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Clinicians typically see 5‑6 patients per day. Coverage includes two retirement communities and one additional community within approximately a 5‑mile radius; clinicians will travel between these sites. Clinicians manage and coordinate their own schedules. Location Highlights Boca Raton offers coastal living with nearby state parks and urban amenities. Commuting is supported by I‑95 and Florida's Tri‑Rail service within reasonable driving distance, making nearby cities such as Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach reachable within 30‑60 minutes by car.
