Bayside Resort Golf Club, located in Selbyville, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time, Cafe Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) What You’ll Do Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to guests Prepare and serve food and beverage items Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area Stock and inventory Café products Answer guest questions regarding facility information Communicate guest requests or concerns to management Process transactions using the POS system Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Follow safe work practices and assist with additional duties as needed What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude—Dependable and punctual with a team‑first mindset Ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment Comfortable using POS systems (experience preferred) Willingness to learn—no prior experience required Must meet age requirements to serve alcohol and hold a Certified Food Handler’s Card Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling available Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business times Shifts may include days, evenings, and special events We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to the Bayside Club Golf Resort team!
