We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Trading/Logistics professional to join our growing team in Carson, CA. 
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the flow of goods and ensuring seamless trade operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage import/export (inbound and outbound) logistics and shipping schedules.
• Arrange ocean and air freight bookings, and prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation. 
• Monitor purchase orders (POs) and shipment status from order placement through delivery. 
• Research market trends, crop conditions, freight rates, and commodity pricing. 
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders while supporting overall trading operations. 
• Prepare and maintain trade and logistics reports, records, and statistical data.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to manage tasks efficiently. 
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and a desire for long-term employment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Good English communication skills required; Korean language skills are a plus. 
• Entry-level applicants are welcome; prior experience in trading or logistics is preferred. 
• Must not have allergies to peanuts or tree nuts.

모집 부문:

채용분야: 무역업(Trading) 및물류업(Logistics)

• 고용형태: 정규직 (Full-Time)
• 담당업무:

o    수출입(Inbound / Outbound) 물류 및 선적 일정 관리

o    해상 및 항공 운송 부킹 및 선적 서류 검토, 작성 및 관리

o    주문(P/O) 및 출하 진행 상황 모니터링

o    시장 동향, 원자재 작황(Crop), 운임 및 가격 정보 조사

o    고객사, 공급업체, 포워더와의 커뮤니케이션 및 전반적인 거래 지원

o    무역 및 물류 관련 각종 보고서 및 통계 자료 관리

• 자격요건:

o    세심하고 체계적인 일 처리 및 문서·기록 관리

o    책임감 있는 대응과 효율적인 업무 수행

o    긍정적인 조직 적응력과 장기근속 의지

o    Microsoft Office 활용 가능

o    영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자 (한국어 가능자 우대)

o    신입 지원 가능하며, 무역·물류 경험자 우대
