Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end construction activities, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and milestone tracking Ensure design requirements and specifications are met throughout project execution Identify opportunities to reduce lead times across procurement, fabrication, and installation Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance, and change orders Track project budgets and proactively identify cost variances Oversee safety compliance and ensure work meets all applicable standards Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or structural projects Proven ability to compress schedules and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and change orders Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience managing the construction or installation of temporary or modular structures, including tent structures Familiarity with rapid-deploy or expeditionary construction environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
