Enthusiastic Sales-focused Passionate for customer service Goal-oriented Adaptable If the answer is YES, then join our team today ~ Key Responsibilities: Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions. Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines. Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support. Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities. Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules. Consultative sales experience is a plus! Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. A positive, coachable, and driven attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. $80,000 — $120,000 USD
