Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor Location: Epping, High Street Hourly rate: £13.02 to £15.10 per hour, increases after 6 months in role. About the role You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include helping on the tills, advising customers, working in the back shop, promoting in‑store offers, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a clean and presentable store. Help customers and put them at ease: listen, answer questions, give product advice, recommend items, offer baskets. Get to know in‑store offers and schemes and promote them. Help store run smoothly: ensure correct product display on shop floor, provide great service on tills, help with stock in stock rooms. Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable. Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service. What you’ll need to have Full training provided; looking for people who excel in a varied environment and work at pace. Communicate and listen effectively. Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting collaboration. Know that the little things make the biggest difference in customer interactions. Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products. It would be great if you also have Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service.
