Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionThe Global Pricing Strategy team at Visa is responsible for managing pricing with the objective of driving revenue growth across Visa's network and accelerating adoption of Visa's products and value-added services globally. Pricing is a critical strategic lever that translates innovation into market adoption, aligns incentives across the ecosystem, and enables Visa to execute consistently at global scale. The Pricing Strategy team provides pricing expertise and partners closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, Legal, Client Services, and others to support well-sequenced, analytically grounded, and executable pricing decisions that are consistent with overall strategic objectives.The Senior Analyst, Global Pricing Strategy will support or lead work streams on projects related to Visa Inc.'s pricing strategy and/or broader corporate initiatives. This role requires strong thought leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to solve complex business problems, with increasing emphasis on improving decision quality, coordination, and execution readiness. This position is well suited for a problem solver who brings curiosity, learning velocity, and effectively leverages modern tools, including AI, to improve analysis, workflows, and outcomes.This role will report to the Director, Global Pricing Governance & COE and will be based at Visa's offices in Foster City, California.Essential Functions:Support the day-to-day operation of the Pricing Governance process, including intake management, meeting coordination, approval tracking, documentation, and adherence to established governance standardsReview and analyze pricing proposals to ensure completeness, identify potential risks or policy considerations, and support effective governance decision-makingCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, facilitate reviews, track action items, and support timely progression of pricing initiatives through governance processesDevelop and maintain governance reporting and KPIs, tracking metrics related to pricing effectiveness, process efficiency, approval timelines, and execution qualityIdentify opportunities to improve visibility, coordination, and consistency in pricing governance processes, communications, and decision trackingAssess, pilot, and implement new pricing ideas while ensuring compliance with governance standards and risk controlsLead and own complex, cross‑functional pricing strategy initiatives tied to Visa’s enterprise priorities, with accountability for end‑to‑end outcomesSupport and lead elements of pricing strategy development and refinement, including opportunity identification, strategic analysis, and framing of pricing decisions to support innovation adoption and ecosystem incentivesSupport and lead aspects of pricing modeling, forecasting and socialization, including but not limited to development of business cases and assessments of stakeholder impact for new fees, services, and/or rate modificationsIdentify, prioritize, and execute activities that support Visa's corporate strategies, priorities, and special initiative, with attention to timing, dependencies, and execution readinessWork within cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including Product, Finance, Client Services, and others, to solve complex business problems and develop recommendations across a wide range of business issuesCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly and for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $129,200.00 to $ 206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
