Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse – Night Shift 36‑hour week (12‑hour shift 7:00–7:30). Full‑time nights only at Highland Springs, a behavioral health hospital in Highland Hills, OH. How You’ll Contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree in nursing required. Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations in which the facility operates. 1 year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred. CPR certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. De‑escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
