SCCM Engineer

• Top 3 skill sets required for this role: o 1. Scripting (i.e PowerShell, C#). Active Directory and Group Policies experience o 2. Documentation and Solutions matrix. (i.e SharePoint, PowerBI) o 3. SCCM to Workspace One migration. • Nice to have skills or certifications: o 1. Prior Aviation Business knowledge o 2. Prior IT Automation experience. o 3. Prior device imaging and OSD understanding with troubleshooting skills. Description: This role is responsible for developing new strategies, engineering, supporting, and implementing reliable solutions that maintain the integrity of the existing infrastructure. The engineer will be required to work effectively to establish synergies with IT, CDR, Avionics, Regulatory, and other peers across the enterprise. The primary key role of the Aircraft Solutions Aviation e-Enable Engineer is to develop, engineer and deploy Aircraft Support products that will be used by the Avionics and Technical Operations technician as tools/aircraft Parts. These products are to support the maintenance and the operation of the aircraft fleet. Tasks to be performed:

• Software migration from Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) to VMware Workspace ONE,
• User Acceptance Testing
• OSD testing
• Peer QA
• Documentation of solutions
• Software lifecycle management
• Workstation automation
• Scripting and automations
• Aircrafts Application Profiles and distributions
• Administration of Device Management Tools.
• Work with Field Services and Vendor management on devices availability in Stores and help the supply chain of custody.
• Work with Cybersecurity and Digital Risk team for device Loss/Theft mitigation.

Skillset Desired: Extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Workspace ONE Intelligence, Workspace ONE Access, Workspace ONE Enterprise Application Repository, MSI, MST, custom actions, Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM Current), registries, PowerShell, UAT, Windows 10, VMWare ESX, VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V, C#, browsers. Prior experience with a globally diverse organization, Windows migrations, physical and virtual collaboration. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, the ability to capture, organize and analyze information, and to communicate and collaborate within the team and with business partners. Perform well under high pressure situations, meet tight timelines, manage challenging assignments, and handle flexibly a variety of business needs. Experience - Required:

• Five years of progressively responsible work experience specifically in Enterprise Endpoint Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience with integrating multiple complex solutions into one standard enterprise solution.

• Aircraft fleet difference knowledge
• Airline industry experience especially within Technical Operations, Airport Operations and Safety
