Injection Mold Technician

Medical Device Manufacturing | Clean Room

We’re hiring an Injection Mold Technician to support medical device production in a clean room environment. This role works hands-on with thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding and supports high-quality, regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thermoplastic and LSR molding machines
• Perform daily mold maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Set up robotic EOAT and load correct robot programs
• Configure hot runner/cold deck systems and process monitoring equipment
• Record and monitor process data using ERP and IQMS SPC systems
• Set up work cells per IQMS layouts
• Inspect and properly store molds after production runs

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with thermoplastic or LSR setups, or Mold Technician Level One training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow preventive maintenance practices
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to communicate effectively in English

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
