HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations and support business objectives through effective employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR strategy. This role partners closely with leadership to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Manage benefits administration and HR compliance
  • Coach managers on employee and workplace matters
  • Support training, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
