Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager to join the leadership team of a growing manufacturing operation. This role serves as a key business partner to the Site Leader and production team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility through reporting, coordination, communication, and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, thrives on organization and problem-solving, and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the operation.
