Associate Attorney

Shullman Fugate is a Florida-based boutique litigation firm with a national profile in media law, content liability, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Nearly all of our practice is devoted to defending the right to publish and handling content liability for clients. Media law is a rare specialty. We’re seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice and help manage our high volume of complex litigation. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship while playing a critical role in our litigation teams.
