Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Centers open 7 days per week Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, part-time also available Flexible scheduling across multiple sites Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Generous PTO: 4+ weeks annually Additional performance-based incentives Requirements: Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred Current CPR/BLs certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment Additional Details: Coverage across multiple clinic locations within the Boston Metro area Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Immediate start opportunities available This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexibility, strong compensation, and the ability to practice in a dynamic urgent care setting with a growing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc.
