Lead Enterprise Architect
$85 - $140 per hourBEPC Incorporated
BEPC Inc. – Lead Enterprise Architect (Phoenix, AZ) – W2 contract: 6 months with possible extensions. Pay rate: $85-$140/hr based on experience . Shift: 3 days onsite / 2 days offsite .
Base Pay Range
$85.00/hr - $140.00/hr
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 10+ years in IT architecture or related technical leadership roles, with deep expertise in Windows endpoint management and enterprise‑scale deployments
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security
- Familiarity with modern endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM)
- Understanding of cloud integration and hybrid environments (Azure preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and advanced security frameworks
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Exposure to enterprise mobility management and virtualization technologies
Essential Job Duties
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for endpoint systems, applications, infrastructure, and data management
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Serve as the primary technical expert throughout the solution lifecycle—review designs, approve architectures, and resolve escalated technical issues
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for modernization and improved efficiency
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, design patterns, and technical roadmaps to ensure compliance with best practices
- Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain system integrity, security, and reliability
