Skilled Laborer

Laborer PositionMasTec Civil, a MasTec Company, is adding motivated laborers to our day shift for local bridge and earthwork projects. Come help us clear the way, shape the ground, and build the bridges that connect our communities.The Laborer performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of higher-level employees. These tasks may include assisting with extra workload, covering absences and vacations, and supplementing crews to meet unusual changes in the production area or in the weather.Responsibilities include controlling traffic, cleaning or preparing construction sites, signaling equipment operators, loading and unloading building materials, measuring and marking construction areas, digging ditches or trenches, tending pumps or compressors, and cleaning tools and work areas.Qualifications include the ability to listen and follow directions, work in various roles, and follow company safety policies.
