Entry Level - Search Consultant - Recruiter - Head Hunter!!! We are looking for individuals who want to join our legal recruiting team that works a full 360 desk, recruiting positions from legal assistant to partner level attorneys. At gpac, we offer an excellent work‑life balance in a fast‑paced environment. There is tremendous earning potential with no cap. We do not require prior recruiting experience; we provide training, tools, resources, coaching, and guidance to help you reach your earning goals. This commission‑driven role offers a potential earning range of 30–80% of your production. Base salary pay (draw) begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482 twice monthly). Commissions are uncapped and can range from $40 k to $500 k+ annually. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented mindset who thrives on unlimited earning potential in a commission‑driven environment. gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award‑winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries.
